Specific uses: Use the ultra definer first. Use the spoolie to brush the brow hairs, then create an outline with a light hand. Complete it by blending and brushing through with the spoolie. Then open the other side. Twist the pencil to reveal just a small amount of product and apply it on your eyebrow with light pressure. Use the flat side of the pencil to shape and fill the beginning of the brow and the pointed tip to define the edges of the brow. For a bold, super-defined look, use the pointed tip to define the length of the brow.
